This page describes the website features and external contact channels. The operator listed below is responsible for responding to enquiries.
Local features
Saved projects, interface language, reading scale and welcome dismissal may be stored in this browser's localStorage. They require no registration, contain no contact details and remain on the device until you clear the site's data.
The map and catalogue may store filters, a search query of up to 96 characters, the selected project, zoom and list position in this tab; project pages may store your reading position. This data is not sent to the server and disappears when the tab is closed. Do not enter contact details in search fields.
For a voluntary enquiry, sessionStorage in this tab keeps only the first internal path and safe utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign and utm_content tags. The full URL, referrer and advertising click IDs are not stored; the context is not sent unless the form is submitted.
Enquiries
In the external form, you can leave your name, phone, email, property of interest, budget and comment. These details go to DubaiBestBroker L.L.C's Kommo account to respond to your enquiry. This website does not submit them through its own server. For access, correction, deletion or retention questions, email dubaiworkbroker@gmail.com. Do not include passport or payment details.
Analytics
Google Analytics and Yandex Metrica are not configured and do not load. Enabling them requires a separate provider choice with no preselected options.
Voice AI
Voice AI is hidden, microphone access is blocked by browser policy and the server endpoint is closed. A separate notice about audio processing and OpenAI will be published before any future activation.
Required before an EU launch
The controller's full legal name and address, a privacy contact, an EU representative or DPO where applicable, purposes and legal bases, recipients and processors, international transfers and safeguards, actual deletion periods, user rights and the supervisory authority.
Rights and requests
For requests to access, correct or delete personal data, use the operator contact listed in this section. Hosting and security logs may contain IP addresses and request data; recipients and retention periods must be disclosed before contact collection starts.
